I swear when I received my palm it was a good size 9 FT, I planted about a year ago and it sky rocketed, well I would say 5 feet in growth. I am about to buy three more to receive a free one. (Posted on 6/30/11)

I live in SE Louisiana,along I-55.bought a palm in a 3 gallon pot ,Planted it August 2005. It is now @ least 40-45 ,ft & shows no sign of slowing up! I am not sure but it is either a Mexican or Cal,Fan Palm!!'

Can get this palm any where in Florida.. I wonder why. Well i ordered one and these guys had it. It looks a lot like the Mexican fan palm but this California fan palm is more cold hardy. The palm is doing great and problem free. (Posted on 5/20/09)
