new to palms i need help!

okay so i found these palms at an abandoned house and brought them home and repotted them. well i tried to look them up but i just cant figure out what kind they are! can some one please help me?

The first palm look a like is a tri-color dracanea or a rainbow drac. The second is a palm tree.

The second is a Cat palm but with only three trunks. It also looks like a parlor palm but with only three trunks. If it is not any of those two, I am pretty much stumped as well.

Both of those can do well in low light situations. Just water them about 3 times a week. Make sure there are no bugs on them. If there are bbugs then you need to get rid of them. Spray them with Organicide.

Feed them with a ornamental fertilizer. Palm fertilizer will work too.
