Default Looks like a Mexican Fan Palm

But i could be wrong. I haven't seen a mexican fan palm that had there leaf base remains still on the trunk and turn white which goes all the way up much like a cabbage palm. But those are def not cabbage palms. Maybe California Fan palm, Where were these pictures taken?

Default Not a mexican.

I just looked at the one more towards the bottom and saw that the leaves are much to large to be a mexican. the stems are much to long as well. Its hard to tell. I thought it could have been a copernicia but it isnt. Will try to find out.
